After an appointment or hospital discharge, the work continues: arranging transportation, clarifying instructions, organizing follow-up, and keeping family members informed. CareRunner starts with practical questions: who needs to know, who will help, and what happens next?
Human oversight
CareRunner’s development is guided by consent, appropriate access, and human review. AI assistance is intended to help people organize and understand information, while decisions and approvals stay with the people responsible for care.
